EMPLOYEE RESOURCE TEAMS

The NBA’s employee resource teams (ERTs) are designed to facilitate connections between employees with shared interests or backgrounds. Our ERTs are committed to furthering our mission, sharing knowledge, supporting the league’s strategic priorities, providing networking and development opportunities, and engaging with communities.
